Displacements
While it is
true that architecture’s foundations are laid in solid immobility,
as Juan Borchers would say, the sudden dislocation and constant transformation
of cities plunges us into a world of traffic and movement. New public
spaces, new infrastructures and a new, ethereal space through which
currencies and information move, force us to form an opinion from within
a discipline that can no longer stand still.
